According to a study from the University Indiana, pretty much anything that engages your abs increases your chances of having a ‘coregasm’. A what? Yep, coregasm. The best one however, is the “Captain’s Chair”.
According to the study conducted by the University of Indiana, 124 women, ages 18-63, responded to an anonymous online survey. About 40% said they experienced a coregasm. More than half of those women said it was definitely brought on by abdominal exercises.
