Coregasms Exist

Coregasm

Ever wondered what might keep some of those super fit people going to the gym?  Would you be shocked if you found out that it was actually an exercised induced orgasm?  Could all that grunting and moaning actually be an orgasm?  Hmmmm….

According to a study from the University Indiana, pretty much anything that engages your abs increases your chances of having a ‘coregasm’.  A what?  Yep, coregasm.  This is another name for an exercise induced orgasm.  Exercises that engage your core muscles, like climbing ropes, pull-ups and plank have all been cited as potential coregasm givers.  The best one however, is the “Captain’s Chair”.

According to the study conducted by the University of Indiana, 124 women, ages 18-63, responded to an anonymous online survey.  About 40% said they experienced a coregasm. More than half of those women said it was definitely brought on by abdominal exercises.

Want proof there are many videos, credible videos, on the subject of coregasm and even ones that give you tips on how to achieve one.

Shocking…I might just have to hit the gym a bit more myself.

Evening if you don’t experience a coregasm while strengthening your core muscles.  Exercise does improve both your stamina and muscle strength, which improves your health and makes you just feel good.  Can’t go wrong with feeling good.  Though add an orgasm and well, things are just that much rosier.

I have many different hats that I wear. Throughout my life I have been many different things: a small business owner, problem solver, mother, friend, sister, writer, designer, employee, manager, consultant, gamer, leader and many more buzz words that I can't think of. Many of these I still do, but some I have let go to focus more on the here and now. I like to share my experiences, ideas and funny things I run across. Ask me something and I will provide an honest and likely unfiltered opinion. I am still learning about life, myself, relationships, parenting and well everything else. I am not superwoman and don't really have my life together, but I manage and am willing to share my tips and learnings. Writing for me can be cathartic and sharing makes us not feel so alone in this crazy, mess of a world we currently inhabit.
